Sadhguru Day 3

Hmm, more of same, but duller and less energized. A couple more simplisitic yoga postures, nothing more than anyone ever learns at your average neighbourhood yoga studio in the first ten minutes of class. But, taught by Saghguru's expressionless volunteers, it takes an hour to learn instead of 10 minutes. They act as if world peace is going to depend on whether your Suyra Namaskara is 10 centimeters out of alignment.

Come on folks. This is not rocket science, it's yoga. Everyone's body is different, everyone learns at their own pace. Precision before you have the body awareness to execute it properly is wasted teaching effort.

I end the evening tired and bored, wondering what Sadhguru is up to with such a long, slow and inefficent teaching style. I learnt long ago that self development Gurus always have an agenda, and their agendas are not always what they seem. That's the problem with being a Guru: yo are so much more evolved than the masses you are trying to touch.

Irritation sets in.
