On the importance on not getting stuck

As we progress towards our goals, sometimes we get stuck. Procrastination sets in, resistance increase and we have no energy, we get angry at a person or situation and so go on strike from taking further action, whatever.

Sometimes you might stay stuck for 5 minutes. Sometimes you might stay stuck for a month or a year. And some people even stay stuck on certain topics after a childhood bad experience, and never again attempt that goal in their life.

So getting unstuck is probably actually a more  important skill than taking action.

If your actions are causing something to change, then you are making progress. If you have planned well, then even small actions will be seen as progress based on how you have decided to measure yourself.

If you are struggling with actions, then there is no point in struggling - you've hit an emotional obstacle. At that point, your start to overplan, your actions get desparate, and you lose energy fast.

Your plan may be good. It's just you need emotional work instead of action to reduce the struggle, and get back to Action is A Delight.

When Action is a Delight, what you need to do comes easily and is fun, and you are attuned to your Pure Energy of Creation.
