Being more successful is simple math:
you need more Pure Energy of Creation,
fewer Emotional Obstacles,
and more Action is a Delight.
The EFT-PEC process is where we put all this together.
So, are you ready to run your first process.
1. Make sure you are sitting comfortably and are not going to be disturbed for at least 15 minutes.
2. Close your eyes, and focus on an area of your life that you want to change, or a goal that you want to achieve.
3. Ask yourself "What is stopping me achieving this". The answer might be a thought, such as "I just can't do it", or an emotion that is difficult to translate into a real answer. This is the emotional obstacle that you are going to remove using tapping, and replace with a focus on your Pure Energy of Creation.
4. Focus on the emotional obstacle. Start the EFT Tapping sequence by tapping gently on the points below, and vocalizing out loud (or internally if you are uncomfortable doing it out loud)
- Karate-chop point: Tap firmly while repeating 3 times the EFT-PEC setup statement. Even though I am feeling emotion from step 3, I use my Pure Energy of Creation to let go of this fear and outcome that you want.
- Top of the head:
- Above the eye:
- Side of the eye:
- Above the lip:
- Above the chin
- Both sides of sternum
- Under the arm
5. Take a big breath and then breathe out. Notice how when you put your attention back on your goal area your feel different.
6. Continue doing the rounds tapping until you feel a shift in your Pure Energy of Creation, and feel excited about taking action to reach your goal!
Tip: Don't do this late at night. Sometimes it can release more energy that one of the 5-hour Energy drinks...
