Sadhguru Day 1
Hey, the guy is really funny. Irreverent, provacative, charming. My kind of guru. The Isha Yoga seminar with Sadhguru was in a somewhat run-down architectural gem of Greek Orthodox religious architecture center in the endless metro Detroit sprawl. In the height of working classness, filled to overflowing with 1000+ people, carpark spilling out into suburban streets.
Everyone sat on the floor on yoga mats and cushions, and listened. "Just watch me like you are at the movies", Sadhguru exhorted. "Just be with me - don't take notes, you don't take notes at the movies do you?'' So we listened., and listened... and as 10:30 pm rolled around, well, some of us listened while asleep.
I like this. Learning through sleeping?
